Banner/BearPAWS/HRWeb/BearDEN will be going down for a maintenance window at 10:10am this morning.

Helios Maintenance window is closed.

Helios will undergo a 1 (one) hour maintenance window beginning at 23:00 (11:00 PM) this evening (9/26/11). Helios home directories, shares, and web folders will be intermittently unavailable for the duration of the window.

Helios share issue has been resolved. All Helios home directories, shares, and web folders are available at this time.

Some Helios shares are not appearing for some people. We are working on the issue.

Helios will undergo a two hour maintenance window beginning at 23:00 (11:00 PM) this evening (9/21/11). Helios home directories, shares, and web folders will be intermittently unavailable for the duration of the window.

A software fault in core wireless gear caused a global wireless outage on campus. All services are now back online.

As of 12:37pm on Friday, September 16, 2011 all telephony services to the Barrington Student Union, Draime Hall, Dunn Hall, Sisson Hall and Van Housen Hall have been restored. Thank you again for your patience while we resolved the on-going service interruptions.

In the wake of last night’s Meeting Maker server maintenance, users may be presented with a dialog box when opening Meeting Maker. This box offers 2 choices: “Work Offline” or “Revert”. You should click “Revert”. If you left your calendar open overnight, you need to quit it, re-open, and click “Revert”.
